
Jazmine is a Philadelphia native is a native of Philadelphia, and was raised in the city. Pam Her mother, who was a former backup singer for Philadelphia International Records. When she was 5 years old, her father landed a position as a curator of City's Historic Strawberry Mansion in the Strawberry Mansion section, and her family moved into the landmark historical building. The 2005 graduate of Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts where she was an instructor of vocal music. Sullivan started singing in children's choir as a contralto before joining the adult choir just a few years afterwards. His exposure to secular music was at first sporadic "I performed solo at the church, and I was asked to go on a gospel label when I had turned eleven, however I wasn't prepared to sign that contract," she recalls. "Then McDonald's offered a competition for children in major cities. Then I had the opportunity to perform the Grace of God on Showtime Apollo. My fans were very welcoming." She sang with Stevie Wonder at his grandson's birthday party at 13. Sullivan was the first to sign her contract to Jive Records when she was 15. She was signed to Jive Records when she was 15. She was the producer of an entire album. However, this album was never released. Sullivan was then eliminated on the labels. Missy Elliott was the producer on a couple of tracks on their debut album. Of these "Backstabbers" performed by Timbaland the track that Elliott created, is the high point of their relationship.
