Maureen Denise McCormick born 5th August 1956 in Woodland Hills California, youngest daughter, and the sole son daughter of Richard McCormick. Her father taught at school, while her mother was a housewife. Michael Dennis Kevin, her two older brothers. McCormick always enjoyed dancing, singing and performing performances with puppets. The Brady Bunch McCormick's audition was among 1200 other children for the part of the eldest towheaded daughter in The Brady Bunch. The show starred Florence Henderson and Robert Reed, newlyweds who had a blended-family. The run of five years for the show was a successful one. McCormick's autobiography Heres the Story, Surviving Marcia Brady: Finding My True Voice was released in 2008. In it she revealed the fact that McCormick almost lost her virginity on stage of the show during its fifth season to Barry Williams. In 2008, McCormick disclosed in her book Heres the story: Surviving Marcia and Finding My True Voice that during the fifth season of the show, she nearly lost her virginity to Barry Williams. This would have occurred as she describes. However, the timing of our romance was not right.
